פרויקטי מגורים, בניינים ושכונות מגורים

הסטודיו עסק ב-15 השנים האחרונות בתכנון ופיתוח פרויקטים למגורים בעלי אופי מגוון – פרטי ציבורי, נמוך גבוה, מול משרד השיכון ויזמים פרטיים. חלק גדול מהפרויקטים בוצע בדרום (אזור שחמון, אילת) בהמשך לתכנית מתאר ותב׳עות שתוכננו על ידי הסטודיו באותו אזור, כך שהמבנים והשכונות שתוכננו הוציאו לפועל א ההנחיות המתאריות שהוגדרו על ידנו, והוכיחו את יעילותן ואופיין האדריכלי. שכונות צמודות קרקע (110, 90, 60 יחידות דיור), שכונות בגובה 5 קומות (130, 85,65 יחידות דיור) בתקופה זו המשרד עובד על בנייני מגורים בבעלות פרטית באזור המרכז, ועל שכונות בבעלות מדינה ופיתוח של יזמים פרטיים בסין

Neighbourhoods & Buildings, 540 Units

Our projects in the south range from 2-5 storey neighbourhoods (110, 90, 60 units), through 5 storey neighbourhoods more urban, with underground parking and landscaping (130, 85, 65 units). Most neighbourhoods were designed in the south of Israel under urban design – master plan and detailed plans, done by our office for the municipalities in Eilat. We are currently designing private residential neighbourhoods in China, and residential buildings in Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv.

TaA studio specializes in projects of diverse programmes and scales, that include residential buildings and neighborhoods, private houses, luxury apartments, urban design, and even contemporary furniture design for international brands. The studio is located in Tel Aviv with an active branch in Shanghai, and its activity is based on a core team of architects working in close co-operation with a close circle of professional associates, that are an integral part of the office in Israel and abroad.
